ClickUrTeak operates as a Direct-to-Customer (D2C) teak wood platform, designed to provide customers with:

Direct access to quality wood supply

We aim to reduce unnecessary intermediary layers and ensure customers receive true value for their purchase.

Product Nature

Teak wood is a natural material

Variations in grain, texture, color, and appearance are natural and not defects

Minor size tolerances may occur as per industry standards

Wood may react to environmental conditions (moisture, climate, usage)

Orders & Acceptance

Orders are processed only after confirmation

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order

Pricing and availability are subject to change

Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary based on size, specifications, and availability

Additional costs (cutting, handling, transport) may apply

Orders may require advance payment

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 3–15 business days, depending on location

Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer

Custom or specific size orders may require additional processing time

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or operational conditions beyond our control.

Delivery Conditions

Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery

Any issue must be reported immediately and noted on LR/POD (delivery receipt)

If accepted without remarks, goods will be considered delivered in proper condition

Transit Responsibility

All shipments are handled by third-party transporters/logistics providers

Any damage during transit shall be the responsibility of the transporter

Customers must raise claims directly with the transporter

Dispatch Proof & Transparency

To maintain transparency:

ClickUrTeak may provide photos/videos of goods before dispatch

This confirms that the material was prepared and dispatched in proper condition as committed

Limitation of Liability

Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the transporter, ClickUrTeak shall not be responsible for any damage during transit

However, we may assist with documentation required for transporter claims

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before processing or cutting begins

Once processed, cut, or prepared, cancellation may not be possible

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Incorrect product supplied

Major issue verified at the time of delivery

Non-Refundable Cases

Natural variations in wood

Minor size tolerances

Change of mind after processing

Transit damage (handled by transporter)

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate requirements and specifications

Ensuring proper unloading arrangements

Inspecting goods at delivery

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by:

Natural disasters

Transport disruptions

Government restrictions
